The Trust Building is in a historic bank building located on the courthouse square in downtown Decatur, Georgia. (Originally the Decatur Bank & Trust Company of 1927)
The two main floors consist of a bank branch and administrative offices. The bank branch (4600 sq. ft.) is a beautiful traditional space, street level with lucrative through the wall ATM location.
The Bank’s glass doors open to the Gazebo and the courthouse lawn, and include a beautiful vault, brass teller windows, chandeliers, and an oak paneled conference room. Currently the Wordsmiths Bookstore in operating in this space.
Upstairs (4600 sq. ft.) includes 11 administrative offices, many of which overlook the Square and can be rented to small business tenants or one company. Also included is a Large Executive Law Suite with two large conference/mediation rooms, and 3 private offices available for daily and weekly use because our location directly across the street from the DeKalb County Courthouse.
